3 Right of Withdrawal
IMPORTANT: Right of Withdrawal
BUYER acknowledges that the service subject to this agreement is of the nature of "services performed instantly in electronic environment" and "intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer".
In accordance with Article 15, Paragraph 1, Subsections (ğ) and (h) of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Sales Regulations: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, or for services that have begun to be performed with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

(ğ) Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer cannot be subject to withdrawal. (h) Services that have begun to be performed with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period cannot be subject to withdrawal.
BUYER explicitly accepts, declares, and undertakes that they cannot exercise the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal by purchasing this service and consenting to its instant provision in electronic environment.
