Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale of digital content services via the internet, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Sales Regulations, defining the rights and obligations of the parties.

2 Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Sales Regulations, regarding the sale and delivery of digital service (intangible goods) ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's website kidtohero.com in electronic environment.

4 Right of Withdrawal

Exception to Right of Withdrawal

BUYER acknowledges that the purchased service is of the nature of "services performed instantly in electronic environment" and "intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer".

In accordance with Article 15, Subsections (ğ) and (h) of the Distance Sales Regulations, BUYER does not have a right of withdrawal for such services. BUYER accepts that they lose the right of withdrawal by consenting to the instant performance of the service.

Article 15: Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

BUYER explicitly accepts that they cannot exercise the right of withdrawal by consenting to the instant provision of this service.

5 General Provisions

5.1. Other Documents

BUYER declares that they have read and accepted the "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" documents available on the Website.

5.2. Account Holder

This agreement assumes that BUYER is a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older, and accepts the Terms of Service regarding minors using the service only under their supervision.

6 Effective Date

BUYER is deemed to have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement and the Preliminary Information Form when they make the payment for the order placed on the Website.

7 Competent Court

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at BUYER's place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits specified in the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Agreement Acceptance

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form.
